Fluffy Pecan Pancakes
This recipe puts a spin on everyone's favorite breakfast food, pancakes! Using our pecan meal, honey, pasture-raised eggs, and pecans - we love that this recipe contains so many of our products!
- 1 cup Guidry Organic Farms Pecan Meal
- 1/2 cup Almond Flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp Guidry Family Farms Honey
- 2 pasture-raised eggs
- 1 1/2 cup milk (add extra if you need for consistency)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- chopped Guidry Family Farms pecans
Mix dry ingredients in a medium/small bowl. Whisk together butter, milk, eggs, honey, and vanilla. Fold in dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Fold in chopped pecans.
On a griddle on medium heat, place approximately 1/3 cup of batter. Cook until each side is dark golden brown and the inside is cooked through! Top with more pecans or toppings of your choice and drizzle with honey!
