Ingredients

½ cup pecan meal
2 ½ tablespoons coconut flour
1 egg
1 tablespoon Guidry’s Organic Pecan Oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons Guidry's All Natural Honey
½ Tablespoon cinnamon 
Dash of salt
1/3 – ½ (based on preference) cup chocolate chips 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and line baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips until combined
  3. Fold in chocolate chips
  4. Scoop batter using tablespoon to make about 1 inch rounds of dough
  5. Bake for 15-17 minutes
  6. Let cool on baking tray for a couple minutes
  7. Enjoy!
