Candied Pecan Salmon

Ingredients

1 salmon filet, raw, ~4 ounces
1 tablespoon soy sauce, reduced sodium
1 tablespoon Guidry's All Natural Honey
½ cup Guidry’s Organic Pecans, roughly chopped
¼ cup Guidry's All Natural Honey
½ tablespoon butter

Preheat oven to 350° and line baking sheet with foil. Pat salmon dry with paper towel and sprinkle with salt and pepper and place on prepared baking sheet. Mix together 1 tablespoon of honey and soy sauce in a small bowl and pour on top of salmon filet. Once the oven is preheated, bake for 8 minutes.

While the salmon is baking, heat up butter in a small saucepan over medium low heat. Once heated, add honey and pecans and stir continuously (to prevent burning or sticking) until the mixture has thickened, about 4 minutes.

Pull salmon out of the oven, and top with s spoonful of pecan mixture and top with a pat of butter and continue baking for another 4-5 minutes or until fish is flaky.
