Maple Pecan Overnight Oats
We love a good, healthy and delicious breakfast so we knew we had to tackle one that required very little time and basically "cooked" itself. In this recipe, we used the empty jar from our Pecan Butter because we love something that can be easily repurposed. We hope you enjoy this quick & easy breakfast!
- 3/4 cups rolled oats (or two and a half instant oatmeal packets)
- 3/4 cups non-dairy milk
- 2 tbs chopped pecans
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- Put the oats in the jar and then add milk. Stir.
- Add rest of ingredients. Stir.
- Put in the fridge overnight and then enjoy in the morning! Enjoy!
