Try these energy bites they won't disappoint! Super quick and easy to make and absolutely delicious!!
30 pitted dates
1 1/2 cups Guidry Organic Farms Pecan Meal
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
2 tsp organic cocoa powder
2 tsp chia seeds
In a food processor or high-speed blender, grind the dates until soft. Then add the pecan meal, shredded coconut flakes, cocoa powder, and chia seeds. Until well blended then remove and roll into balls.
Makes 12-15 bites.
To retain freshness store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
