Vegan Pecan Pesto by @foodallergydiva
An upgraded vegan-fied version of our classic Pecan Pesto. Hello, dairy free cheese!
- 2 cups basil
- 1/3 cup dairy free parmesan
- 1/3 cup Guidry Organic Farms pecans
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup Guidry Organic Farms Pecan Oil
- Chop pecans. Add basil, oil, and garlic to food processor.
- Mix with chopped pecans and dairy free parmesan.
